EXCHANGE POLICY
This exchange policy has been in effect since March 2022.
General Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date you received the order.
Products are sent to customers in perfect condition. If any of the following situations occur, please refuse delivery and write the reason on the back of the DANFE:
If you still accept the product, please contact us within 72 hours.
Conditions for Making an Exchange:
If you would like to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, meaning it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. We will contact you with the necessary information to complete the exchange.
Conditions for Return Due to Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about the purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date you received it.
How to Request a Return Due to Change of Mind:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
Products with Manufacturing Defects:
According to Brazilian law, for items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you received the order.
How to Request a Return of Products with Defects:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
How to Return Products:
Following Consumer Rights provisions, the return shipping costs for products due to change of mind or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after your exchange or return request, and you must take the product to a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if undamaged) or an appropriate box to protect the items during transit.
